Booking Information

All booking slots are for TWO WEEKS, this time scale can become longer depending on the nature of work required.

A non refundable deposit of £60.00 shall be required before securing your requested slot,  an email shall be sent to your stated email address with more information once your request has been read and processed by myself. Once payment has been made please reply to the deposit email and I shall ensure the funds have been received safely.

No deposit received = no booking!

All turntables booked in for any form of work must be delivered or dropped off in person to my workshop BEFORE the start date of your requested booking slot (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday). 

Do NOT turn up outside the workshop without making contact first to arrange drop off of your turntable/s!

It is common courtesy to contact myself in order to arrange either a courier collection day or possible drop off day and time. This is your booking slot and your responsibility to arrange correctly.

Once the requested work has been successfully completed to your turntable/s an invoice shall be sent across to your stated email address and have 7 working days to pay the outstanding amount + collect your goods.

If collection is not completed within 7 working days a £30.00 storage fee shall be added to your invoice, this shall then be an ongoing charge every 7 days for up to three months. After three months your goods shall be sold to recoup any costs and the remainder donated to charity.

If the above information is not followed your turntables shall be refused and your booking will be cancelled with immediate effect. 

UK CUSTOMERS ONLY - Due to incredibly expensive courier costs I no longer work on turntables from outside of the UK.
