Simply follow all of the instructions noted and give as much information as possible.
When fully booked I remove the page otherwise booking requests shall constantly come through.
I can organise courier for you using APC for an additional cost.
Your turntables MUST be dropped off to my workshop by midday at the latest on the designated starting date of your booking, this is extremely important!
"I forgot about my booking" with the greatest of respect is NOT my problem, it is your responsibility to remember your booking information and read all information listed on the website.
If I don't receive your turntables by midday on the starting date of your booking then the slot shall be cancelled with immediate effect and passed onto another waiting customer.
If you request a booking slot and this is authorised an email shall be sent confirming the dates.

PLEASE NOTE: I shall require your turntables in my workshop BEFORE the booking slot date you have selected, this is extremely important! , failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking.
This is a very simple question to answer...... ITS MY DAY OFF!! The workshop is also closed on Wednesdays too.
I do! BUT I only provide my direct contact number to customers once a booking slot has been allocated. The majority of my working week as being taken up by customers calling and asking basic questions without properly taking the time to view the website.
By removing the contact number this allows me to prioritise my time only for those who have correctly booked in with myself and stop time wasters in their tracks.
I'm asked this question DAILY!! , the usual turnaround time is 5 working days for completion of service work, but this really does depend on the nature of work required. Each slot booked is for TWO WEEKS.
Again a very common question.... a very simple answer to this one: how longs a piece of string????? , please try to be as accurate as possible to ensure I have as much information as possible regarding any problems your currently experiencing.

Servicing a single or pair of turntables is NOT something which can be completed using just a multi meter, screwdriver set and a cheap soldering iron, its just not physically possible, an internal clean up using a vacuum cleaner is not a service!

I am asked this question every week, 3M vinyl is extremely expensive when purchased in a full roll and only to trade account holders such as myself.
Vinyl wrapping really isn't as easy as you think it is so save your money and just let me wrap your decks for you, trust me...... you'll be glad you did!
