All bookings are made through the Booking A Slot page. If we are fully booked, this will be clearly stated on the homepage. Please follow all instructions carefully and provide as much detail as possible.
You can either:
Important: Turntables must arrive by 9AM on the first day of your booking slot. Late arrivals may result in your booking being cancelled.
Current availability is shown in the Booking Slots section of our online store. Always ensure your decks arrive before your chosen slot begins.
We only provide our contact number once a booking is confirmed. This allows us to focus on servicing existing customers without disruption.
Closed: Wednesdays and Sundays.
Each booking slot is allocated 2–3 weeks. Timescales can vary depending on current workload and any additional repairs needed.
Every job is different. The more detail you provide when booking (photos are very helpful), the more accurate our quote and timescale will be. Vague descriptions slow down the diagnostic process.
A digital invoice is provided for every transaction.
No. All work is carried out in our fully equipped workshop. Proper Technics servicing requires specialist tools and cannot be done effectively on-site.
Yes — we use APC Overnight for secure UK 24-hour service. Note: Courier service is only arranged for customers using Pimp My Decks packaging or high-quality flight cases.
No. We do not sell vinyl separately. The genuine 3M vinyl we use is trade-only, expensive, and very difficult to apply perfectly without experience. You’ll get a much better result by letting us handle it as part of our servicing and 3M wrapping package.
No. We specialise exclusively in Technics SL-1200 and SL-1210 turntables. Emails about other equipment will not receive a reply.
