No items are supplied on a trial basis.
We accept all major credit and debit cards when making a purchase online as well as PayPal. There are no additional charges for using any of these cards. We reserve the right to ship to only the card holders address.
Card Payments cannot be processed over the telephone.
Items that are shipped from ourselves at Just Technics are dispatched via recorded postal service or tracked courier delivery depending on size of order and goods dispatched.
Damage and missing parts claims must be notified within 48 hours of confirmed delivery date.
The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items within 14 working days, further administration charges may apply depending on goods Being returned, goods must also be returned inside the original packaging undamaged and in "unused" condition, if goods are scratched, damaged or packaging shows visible signs of use a refund/return shall be declined.
Mugs cannot be returned for refund/exchange due to hygiene reasons unless damaged in transit, if photo evidence is provided then replacement products shall be dispatched.
Deposits and cancellations
Deposits paid to hold goods are non refundable.
Deposits paid to reserve booking slots are non refundable, this information is clearly stated on the booking form section of the website prior to booking.
Warranty information
Service and custom work shall be covered under a warranty period of three months from date of work completion.
Technics SL1200/1210 turntables sold by Just Technics shall include a one year warranty unless otherwise stated.
Warranty shall be voided with immediate effect if security seals are broken, products are tampered with or components are replaced either by the consumer or another company. this includes turntables serviced, repaired or supplied by Just Technics.
Service work offered does NOT include the replacement of any tonearm components ( S tube, central housing, assemblies, bearings etc) , pitch control slider replacements, motor + pitch ICs or non standard Panasonic service specified items.
Non payment, no communication, storage costs
If for any reason products are received on behalf of a consumer and no communication has been made within 30 days of goods received or work completion, a storage fee shall be put into place of £30.00 per week.
If no communication is received from the consumer within 6 months of work completion the goods shall be disposed of with immediate effect, It is NOT the responsibility of Just Technics to ensure contact is made with the consumer before or after the 3 month period.
Goods/services paid for but no communication received
The same procedure as stated above however the total amount of funds received shall be taken into consideration and deducted from the storage cost total owed, goods shall be disposed of with immediate effect after 6 months.
