To ensure a smooth and efficient service, please review the following information carefully before securing your booking:
All booking slots are estimated to take a minimum of two weeks. Please note, this timeframe may be extended during peak periods.
To confirm your booking, a £100.00 deposit shall be required (non-refundable), payable through the Booking Slot section of our online store.
Please note: Bookings are not secured without a deposit payment, the "booking information form" must also be completed immediately after payment is made. If a completed form is not received within 48 hours, the booking shall be cancelled and made available for other customers to secure.
If, for any reason, your booking is cancelled (including no-shows, change of plans, or failure to make contact), the £100.00 deposit is non refundable.
All turntables must be delivered or dropped off before your scheduled booking start date (available drop-off days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday).
Please do not arrive without arranging a drop-off in advance.
Drop-off appointments must be scheduled ahead of time as a courtesy and to ensure availability.
Once your service is complete, a final invoice will be issued for the remaining balance let to pay. You will have 3 working days to make payment.
If your equipment is not collected within 5 working days, or no contact is made, a £30 storage fee will be applied.
Beyond this, a daily storage fee will be charged, doubling weekly for up to three months. After this period, your equipment may be sold to recover costs.
Non-compliance with any of the above terms may result in booking cancellation and refusal of equipment upon delivery.
Due to high international shipping costs, we no longer accept bookings from outside the UK.

Just Technics will be closed for Christmas and New Year from 20th December and will reopen on 5th January.
