All booking slots are estimated to last TWO WEEKS but may extend depending on the work needed.
A non-refundable £60.00 deposit is required to secure any available booking slot, payable online via the Booking Slot section of the online store.
No deposit = No booking!
Turntables must be delivered or dropped off at the workshop BEFORE the start date of your booking slot (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday).
Do NOT show up without arranging drop-off first!
It's common courtesy to contact me to arrange a possible drop-off day and time. This is your booking slot and your responsibility to arrange correctly.
After completing the requested work on your turntable(s), an invoice will be sent to your email. You have 5 working days to pay the outstanding amount and collect your goods.
If collection isn't completed within 7 working days, a £30.00 storage fee will be added to your invoice. After 7 days a daily storage fee shall be added to the final invoice, this daily fee shall double after each week with no collection or payment for up to three months. After three months, your goods shall be sold to cover costs.
If the above information is not followed your turntables shall be refused and your booking will be cancelled with immediate effect.

We do NOT service or repair anything other than the Technics SL-1200/1210 range of turntables.
Any emails received regarding the repair or servicing of any other product shall be ignored.
