Please read the following carefully before securing your booking slot.
All booking slots are estimated to take a minimum of 2–3 weeks. This timeframe may be extended during busy periods.
A £100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This is payable via the Booking Slots section of our online store.
All bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is paid and the Booking Information Form (below) is fully completed. If the form is not received within 48 hours of payment, the booking will be cancelled and the slot released.
The £100.00 deposit is non-refundable in all cases (including customer cancellations, no-shows, or failure to make contact).
All turntables must be delivered or dropped off before your scheduled booking start date. Available drop-off days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
Please arrange drop-off appointments in advance. Do not arrive unannounced.
Once your service is complete, we will issue a final invoice for the remaining balance. You will have 3 working days to make payment.
If your equipment is not collected within 5 working days (and no contact is made), a £30 storage fee will be applied. Additional daily storage fees will then accrue (doubling weekly). After three months, we reserve the right to sell the equipment to recover costs.
Non-compliance with these terms may result in cancellation of your booking and refusal of equipment upon delivery.
Due to high international shipping costs, we no longer accept international bookings.

We specialise exclusively on Technics SL‑1200/1210 legacy models (MK2 to M5G only).
We do not service, repair, or assess any other brands or models.
Any messages regarding non Technics SL-1200/1210 related work shall be dismissed.
